    Do you have ESA turned on in programing? Login to PBX and go to LD 24 and prt ESA. If ESA is programed then if you dial 3(AC1) and 11 then the call we go out as soon as the second 1 is dialed. With ESA turned on you have 3 digit access to reach emergency services. NTP# 553-3001-313.

    The subject field in text notification cannot be changed at this time in Rls 4.0. Maybe in the future if there are enough request to Nortel.

    OTM Error

    Did you delete the XMWK key without deleting the DN key. If you try to do both at the same time and the DN key is before the XMWK key then it will fail. You have to make the change in two steps.

    OTM Error

    SCH1213 DN cannot be deleted until the associated XMWK key is deleted. Action: Delete the XMWK key first. On the set you are trying to change restore whatever key had the DN that was associated with the XMWK key. Then find the key labeled XMWK delete that first then make you original change.

    Check LDN_DATA in LD 21 make sure LDN0 has an entry next to it.
