I just recently started using OTM and am trying to make some changes on a phone. Every time I "transmit", I get an error message saying it could not be changed. The Error Code is SCH1213. Any ideas would be great. I know there is somewhere within OTM where I can view all of the SCH codes, but I can't find that either!

DN cannot be deleted until the associated XMWK key is deleted.
Action: Delete the XMWK key first.
On the set you are trying to change restore whatever key had the DN that was associated with the XMWK key. Then find the key labeled XMWK delete that first then make you original change.

Did you delete the XMWK key without deleting the DN key. If you try to do both at the same time and the DN key is before the XMWK key then it will fail. You have to make the change in two steps.
