    That is the problem, I had the customer reboot the system. The time adjustment in the VM to the correct system time seems to have corrected the MWL lamp issue. We wil check the error logs again in the morning. Thanks for the responses.

    On the Merlin Legend you renumber the extension to match the receive digits sent by the service provider. They are most likely sending 2 or 3 digits. to make both ring you could program a primary coverage button on the other extension.

    Using Line Pools for outgoing FAX on ATA

    Curly cord is the only one I would listen to dude...He as I have been there and done that. It also keeps you from having to outpulse a line or pool access code (9). Only works for copper, not PRI (there is no dial tone on PRI)

    To add a transfer, First build a CCR tree, then just have the AA answer the lines according to the Norstar schedule for night if you put the VM DN in the ring group designated for night. OR use the VM schedules, either way. Then have the AA pass the call off to the CCR of your choice...

    the way a copper DID is set up, the number to the DID is dialed, the trunk is set to auto answer, then the telco repulses the last four or three or two digits once the line is seized by your switch. Was it working before and just stopped or is this a new change to the switch?

    Yes, I have set the schedlues in the VM to 7:30A-5:30P M-F and Closed S-S. I have set the controller to Merlin LEgend Mode only...No luck. I have set to Use Both...No Luck I have set to VM schedule only...No Luck. It only works when I make a temporary business closing under schedules.

    They can't see them... they can only tell you what their equipment is doing. You will get signal if the connectivity is there, but software issues (Switch type/protocol) will kill your PRI service. If you have EFS B8zs set, they think everything else is cool...not so.
