Many thanks for you quick reply! The main problem we have is that there are about 2000 odd emails that this info needs to be extracted from... Doing one at a time is very daunting! :-)

If you open the address book through the tools menu, you need to go to advanced and ensure that all defaults are pointing to the correct contacts list. I hope this helps! If not, let me know as I am not at my machine and unable to get the exact steps to fix this (doing it from memory!) Good luck!

Switching to a USB cable fixed this.

I guess a trick around this could be to paste it into microsoft front page first, then go to the HTML page and you will have all of the website code in there, although again this would depend on the website you were trying to paste it into and the nature of the formatting.

I tried this and ensured that all security settings were set correctly but it does not seem to have cured it. :-S
