After upgrading to 4.2 there is a few second delay after your enter your VM p/w, if you enter before the users vm recording the login fails. Is there some option to check on this? There is also a delay upon transfering to a user who has their phone forwarded. Now you must wait to here the line...

I know in voicemail pro the option is under administration-prefs-general-housekeeping. There you can define the number of hours to keep after being deleted.
It is going directly to a group. You are correct, once it it picked up it is transferred to an individual. Since there is not a "reception" for a group is there a work around?
