Plantronics' website lists the m12 amplifier as compatible with the 7912g Cisco phone. Has anyone acutally done this? We are replacing a Nortel 61c with Cisco VOIP. I don't what to deploy 7940's to people who primarily use headsets for cost reasons.

Have a loopback on the RJ45 connector after the T1 card and the dchannel will not come back up. Is there anything else I can to before yanking the card out? And what do I have to do to prepare the switch for card removal?
