Is there a way to send a call to coverage only after the station has answered two calls? This user wants the third call to go to voicemail automatically.
I have setup SMTP to deliver voicemail to email and it is working properly. The only question I have is in the System Control & System Status it shows messages in the Number of incoming messages queue. Is there a way to clear this queue?
Found the solution on this one. Did a reset system 4 to clear it. As soon as the IPSI's registered the system allowed additional IP phone registrations. My guess is that the LM (Login Manager) is a communication manager process that can get locked up. Thanks for the posts!
I have a CM 4.0.2 system that is not allowing IP phones to register with the system. The system currently has over a thousand phones registered and working but is not allowing any new registrations. Also if you disconnect a phone it is not allowed to reregister. The system has plenty of IP...
My customer has a CM 4.x system that has a 30 day expiration on passwords. When the customer changes the password on the active server the new password is not changing on the standby server.
There are no server synchronization alarms. The standby is refreshed, shadowing is up, and duplication...
Make her primary station number a non-did and put that number in the hunt-group. Give her bridged appearances to 2297 which would be setup as a phantom extension. You might have to program a aut-msg button on the phone for message waiting indication.
The only concern I can think of would be your search order. Since the carrier controls the search order of calls coming in I would make sure that you carve out the opposite end of the search order to make sure that all of your trunks are not full with incoming calls when someone goes to dial 911.
Media gateways and cabinets network region settings are programmed when you add the cabinet/media gateway. IP circuit packs also get their network region settings from the IP-Interfaces settings. Phones/IP endpoints are the only devices that I know of that use the IP Network Map settings.
Does anyone know if there is a PSN out there for CM 4.0.2? I have a customer requesting a security update following a security audit. This is a JITC load.
Does anyone know of a way to play and announcement over paging? We have a customer that is a hostpital that would like to play a lullaby over the paging system when a baby is born. I tried to conference a page with an announcement and I get denial event 1644: Invalid digits.
