I have an S8700 running CM 3. I set up a call center agent at x2297. When she logs in she of course can't get direct calls to that number and she needs to have the ability to do so. What they want is the following: Call Appearance 1 - x2297 should ring and if she doesn't answer it, it covers to voicemail. Call Appearance 2 and 3 would be her agent ID. These are splits, not skills so she is logging in with the physical phone number. Any ideas?
