thank you. I thought it was something simple. so the LDN is what the switch looks at for the expected number lengh of the DID's so with out them it was looking at the 10 it recieved and had no match. The nite IDC is fine so I will try the LDN.
Thank you
This customer has 5 seperate internal business that answer different DID's routed by IDC to the different 2616's except for the one M2250 that answers the Main number. The customer decided that they wanted to see some of the extentions status. I check on the price on a BLF add on for the m2250...
hello..... if you were talking to me your error lookup is all hosed up... I didn't tell him what slot his msdl card was in. I told him his AML link was on the MSDL card and in port number one..I also was telling him how to count the loops so he could find his tn's for his voice mail ports...
looking at you config records your aml link is on your
MSDL card front of the card port 1 . they start at 0 on top and got to 3 on bottom..... ALSO your talk channels
are on a loop card in switch. They easiest way for me to
tell you how to find them is in the mail. Login go to system status and...
something to add to John's thoughts you may want to think about also is balance of the talk slots.I try to even the load on the IPE bays..if you have more than 1 IPE bay you may want to stat each shelf and look at totals...
LD 32 stat l s ie:(stat 4 0) look at totals
stat 8 0 ect.....
when making a change to a set in the future instruct your techs to <cr> through the MARP prompt unless you want
to change the marp...last change to 8 0 4 7 was on july 6th that was when this all went south, right???????
your right about the MARP . you should have the MARP on the
key 0 of the set if you want it to look at your short hunt 000 / LHK=1 //right now Nancy's phone is looking at birgit's set and LHK = 1 so key 3 won't roll..
Make a change to the set 12 0 9 5 (nancy) key 0 put the same DN back on it and...
You know an option 11 is alittle different than the EC mail. But you could look in here... Login under Tools
and your admin password and look at the link monitor
I think it is choise number 11 or 13 . while monitoring
the link chk in and out and see if the data is flowing
and in what direction...
I don't understand how you have Idle trunks
with a yellow alarm something doesn't seem right
your D'channel can't be up with a yellow alarm
can it. Yellow = far end off line/not in sink
You could use IDC table in ld 49 for translating
your incomming digits to your other DN's.
Looks like you...
If that doesn't fix it you may have to change
CLS on the sets to SFA secondary forward allow
this might be the feature that is not allowing
the second forward. Idc might fix because it may
not count a 1 forward like I think a ACD DN would
count because you are using Night forward..
I may need mor details but when you say your GAC
Guest admin terminal this is on your mer mail????
if this is so sounds like your utility card on the
mer mail is locked up this controls your PMS link
that talk to the hotel equipment and your GAC terminal
also your admin terminal but they all...
