This one is puzzling..... User A...when on the phone
can't receive calls because when people call her they complain they
only get a fast busy. Here are both programmings..the way it works is that
when you call user A and she is on the phone User B can see her line ringing and has
the option of picking it up. However if she doe snot User B's phone goes to 0 (switch)

Please help on this one I tried a few things. It must be in the class of service for User A?

cls fbd..take fdn=0 out, are you trying to forward to the operator.. if so make the atdn a real number and o and maxp=1 ncfw=atdn.. works everytime

cls fbd on which user. Not sure what you mean about atdn .makingit a real #?

Johnpoole,
Could this be the reason why it goes fast buisy when
someone tries to call User A -Nancy..while she is on line 1
__**Check the MARP on User B should be on User A --Is that right?**___

are you trying to go to att on ring no answer? atdn is the att, dn.. you must have it set to 0.. that blocks a lot of calls, you have the second set fdn=0.. if you make a acd group that auto forwards to 0... by answering three prompts, ld 23 new=acd acdn=xxxx ncfw=0 then do a standard cls=fna fdn=xxxx, calls will forward no answer to the att. have never use fba in cls for anything. after you build the acd group, dial the xxxx and if it goes to the att, it should be a usable forward target..

we had this setup and working ... Is it a marping issue refer to above) I don;t want to play around too much with setting up ACD groups unless I have to. Is it absolutely necessary b/c the calls will go to attendent (att) regardless if FDN is 0 on User B right?

there is an option in your cdb that allows or denies that. try forwarding to a secondary dn on the console if you dont want to play with acd. beleive me i can't live without acd groups doing all my work,

your right about the MARP . you should have the MARP on the
key 0 of the set if you want it to look at your short hunt 000 / LHK=1 //right now Nancy's phone is looking at birgit's set and LHK = 1 so key 3 won't roll..
Make a change to the set 12 0 9 5 (nancy) key 0 put the same DN back on it and when the switch says MARP say yes to MARP 12 0 9 5.....
looks like you may have to clean up other extentions MARP's on that set also....

when making a change to a set in the future instruct your techs to <cr> through the MARP prompt unless you want
to change the marp...last change to 8 0 4 7 was on july 6th that was when this all went south, right???????
