    Anyone know if it's possible to overflow non answered attendant calls to an external number ? I have tried setting the AODN target as a DCFW on a phantom,and within a hunt group and via a NCFW in an ACD queue.None of these forward the call.

    I am unable to remove the CPND block for Cust 0 .I get SCH2112 even though all the names are removed. When I dump the system the process stops at CPNDNM for a few minutes before moving on and completing. This Option 11 C does have hospitality . Disc rec at -166 !! Any ideas
