I have a problem with BCM 3.6 ,wher

I have a problem with BCM 3.6 ,where all the graphics aren't being displayed.

My laptop is connected direct to the BCM ,but when I click on System'Identification' for instance ,I get nothing displayed on the right hand window,and an error message
"No data for a scalar data section"

When the customer connects via the network,the response is "No image data for image section"

Anyone had resolution of this issue please .

Hello lad. It might be due to the laptop and Windows that you have. I've had problems a while ago and found that reverting to an earlier version of Java and explorer helped.

Thanks firebird,but we have tried an XP machine running an earlier version of Java and it didn't resolve the issue.
I think it may be corruption,because the back-up is finding errors that I need to analyse.
