In past systems one could simple use *#55 to forward an ACD number now I don't know?
I see a forward number in the route control group.. do I somehow use that?

Yesterday a bit miffed ... We have multiple 4k and different versions here and saw the email from Siemens in a certain fashion.
Had time to think last night.
If the 4k (v3) already is licensed for IP functionality ( I have 2 IPDA's and IP phones already on this system).
If I have spare Licenses...
I wanted to purchase a STMI2 card for my 4k ( ver3) and set up VoIP calling to a 4K ( ver6). ALso had a 4k (ver 4) that i would do the same.
i checked for licenses and real estate and had plenty of both on each.
Siemens has come back now and stated that they could not major Mac them, and that...
My Ip phones are all on the stmi2hfa
WHen I do a dis-bcsu, I show no ip address or count associated with it.
The STMI2 card, has an address and a count of 120, not sure what its used for .. help
Is it being used to talk to the 2 IPDA's that I have?

As for the last part, There was an agreement when we installed the new V5, that the tech would configure that end and walk me thru configuring the V3. I wanted to learn. If you wouldn.t mind sending me some documentation that would be great...
In my V3 I just did a Dis-bcsu and the stmi2 is a 120 B-channel unit .. Q2316-x10. I have just 15 IP phones on it.
Can I, and yes I am over simplify this, simply purchase a STMI2, add it with BCSU into an available slot and then configure the ip part? I certainly have enough licenses available...
On my V3 I already have a STMI card for the IP phones but was told that todo SIP trunking I need to purchase an additional STMI card. The V5 has a dual purpose STMI card which can handle ip phones and IP trunking and the V6 is coming in January.
Question - when I purchase the additional STMI...
I am able to login and add phones to multiple sites but I cant see any of the sites in the Navigator screen nor Alarms in the system Alarm screen
I have installed J@SE Runtime Environment 5.0 update 2
