Since the server that allows LC-Win to run must already exist and be licensed on the phone system you are going to use it with, there should be no problem just distributing the client to access it - after all, Siemens normally includes the disk by default with the system and only charges you a media fee if you need to replace it.
This is an ISO file of the client disk. It has LC-Win 1, 2, 3 and 4 on it in their most latest versions (that I am aware of). This is the same disk that ships with the systems, and it only works with 9006 software. Obviously you have to rename the file to remove the .safe extension, but otherwise you can burn it to a CD with any disk burning utility....
My bandwidth is limited, so if I start experiencing problems I'll need to take the file down in a few days, but it should be a fairly fast download....
