    Assuming their extensions don't match their did's. You can either go in to the lines and see if they have assigned the extensions related to that line as the prime set. If not, you'll probably have to go in to the lines and get the recieve digits from each target line, once you find the one...

    just dial the number, no 9 I've checked in centrex programming and can't find where it wouldn't allow 011 access, except for the Beyond Centrex prefix digits, which has 9 through 1, but not zero. In the manual it shows 9 through 0. I'm just lost on this... ajNtek [ponytails]

    I am trying to set up an 8X24 with Centrex Plus Rls 1 software for international dialing. When you try to dial international it reads "invalid number" in the display. I can't find where to allow 0 in the programming. Any ideas? ajNtek [ponytails]
