I am trying to do this as well, I have the short code setup, incoming CLI set, but its matching other incoming routes first (our main AA for instance at this customer) and then going to the AA. Monitor does not show it matching the incoming CLI. Glad to see the forums are back to full strength...

Imagine this, they fix the smart jack and flip the pair around that was wrong, change the patch to the ATT circuit and was up, tested and ported within 5 minutes. It took me major pains to get ATT to do a pretest (with an IP Office), I wish ever lec would pretest their stuff to avoid such issues.

We have numerous sites w/ 3.2 on them, and many of the VM passwords are not being saved after users (one of my techs included) changed their password. Is this a bug that anyone else has experienced? It resets back to the default we put in.
