1) The SDI port must be configured for Modem Attachment ( to connect to a DCE) set to 9600, wordlength 8, 1 stop bit, NO parity.
2) The tested Modem is a US Robotics Courier / Sportster WITH DIP Switches. Note newer models of Sportster...
1. Get the lines connected to the Opt81. (Assume this is possible)
2. Create an incoming route for these COT lines
3. Create an IDC table on Opt81 so to look somthing like this
TYPE idc
CUST 0
DCNO 9
DCNO 9
SDID NO
IDGT CDGT
9123 2345 (extn number on Opt11)
or CDGT to equal another...
The NT5D12 card is equipped with 6x2 sets of DIP switches for trunk parameters settings for port0 and port1 respectively. Additionally, the NT5D12 card is equipped with one set of four DIP switches for the Ring Ground setting and one set of eight DIP switches for the D-channel Handler

Still works with ACD sets. The default for ACD sets is to give one buzz. The normal setting is BUZZ in CLS. With this feature it mimicks normal ringing. In later releases of s/w 24.x there's another prompt you can enter in CLS...RNGI.
Check the Node config. Make sure echo cancellation is ticked in the DSP Profile tab. Nominal settings are ECHO CANCELLER TAIL 32ms VOICE ACTIVITY DETECTION -17dB JITTER BUFFER 50ms. These are changable but depends on your network.

I assume you mean when a call appears on the DN key not ACD agent log-in key. It's a class of service feature that doesn't normally appear until you invoke it. Try entering FITA (Flexible Incoming Tones Allowed) in the CLS prompt, this should cure it.

Does any one know if it is possible to set scheduled reports to be emailed? The only option i see is either print or export.
When you choose the export button there is only the path to folders.
