Hi again. What exactly is the error message you are getting when you try to change hatten.ttf. If the error message says:
"If you change a filename, the file may become unusable. Are you sure you want to change it?"
Answer yes and this will allow the rename.
This is a known problem with Office 97. You need to identify a font called hatten.ttf then temporarily rename it to, say, hatten.xxx. Remove the Access software by using Add/Remove programs then re-install the Access software. Rename the font back to hatten.ttf.

Thanks for the response; yes, the "specific words" facility is within 2000 but this doesn't achieve what I want to do. I want to identify mails that do not have a specific word in the senders address.
I would like to write a rule that allocates an action to any incoming mail that does not contain a specific word in the sender's address. Any one any ideas????????
