Just one other tid bit also, watch loading SP7 on SMGR if you are running SMGR HA you have to take it out of HA mode and patch individually to patch the secondary HA SMGR use:

yes in in CFN, II would increase the CR's, verything that prints in the system use CR's bugs.aud's, err's, DCH messeging prints at 9600 baud at best but the DCH is working at 64k so it could eat up 80 CR's in a heartbeat

is this an OPT11C, if so check the NCR's in the system DCH messaging that is heavey can back up the CR's in the print queue hen you would not have a CR for the voice call

If you have access to the Nortel Partner Information Center (PIC) go get PB 2001_097 this will detail when and where the MOV command is acceptable to use.
You could try dialing the route access code for route 50 see if you get fast busy or silence etc.... you may need to change the TARG on the route or TGAR on the set to be allowed to dial the ACOD.
I would think that if you get fast busy there could be a problem with the wiring or the XUT unit
Not sure if anyone is still interested but you could use LD 77 turn on the DMTN monitor on a TN then use a MIK key on another set to turn the MWI light on capture the SSD messages then use the MCK key to turn the light off then you could possibly use a TAPI interface to create the SSD messages...
