I recieved information from a tech from Mitel today that has been sucessful in doing the connection between the two but the nupoint voicemail was not being used. i guess i just hold my breath and jump in. I will let you know what comes of it.
Would any one be able to help me with specific configuration settings on a 3300 to have a 3300MXE connect to a M1 and use the M1 for trunking but the 3300 has a nupoint server with it to supply voicemail for the M1 and the 3300.

I have been reading past info from you guys and I can't find my answer. Does 3.156 have a problem with dropping calls randomly with a PRI? I have two sites that are having this problem and I have had the service provider test the PRIs with no problem. Can you help me?

I am having the same kind of problem using group page and paging sets and overhead paging but I am also having a problem that once in a while all the phones on the system start going off and on hook repeatedly by them selves until the system is rebooted.

There has got to be an easyer way. I am doing a new install and have a 406 V2 with PRI and my customer wants the main reception number to be answered by the dispatch desk at night but they want a separate set of three keys on the set for that line so they can visualy see witch call is comming...

Build a short code as follows:
Short code: *201
Telephone number: "John"
Line group ID: 0
Feature: VoicemailCollect
then build a key on the set as user and *201 or just have them press transfer...
I am also having this problem. Today I have tried three new cics systems all with 6.1 software and all with one CI card and every one of them is having the same problem. I know that my CLID info is being sent because I am testing at a place that I just took out a working 3x8.
Any other ideas?

I installed a system recently; 403,with a 400 using 7 trunks and 16 4012d sets. when I put park keys on the sets they work on the 403 but not on the 400 .....Why?
Also If I put a DND key on the sets they work on the 403 but not on the 400. I must put a DND on and a DND off key on the sets that...
