    Customer has 2 PRI's with SMDR - 6 & Trisys Tapit EX Call Accounting Software. Can I setup Forced Accounting Codes(3 digits) through Norstar so that user has to enter before making Long Distance call? Tapit can do Account Codes report if account codes are setup in SMDR. Thanks very much.

    More Details: 2nd call into switch is where problem occurs so first the carrier disconnected their Channel 2 & then I Deprovisioned the 2nd channel of my PRI programming for BCM. Problem coninued & just went to Channel 3. Any other ideas out there of cause of this?

    Am I correct in telling client you can only display "Message for you" when new messages on a mailbox for 2 Norstar phones using Alternate extension option? Or is there a creative way to notify 3 or more extensions? This is a Call Pilot 150 Voice Mail.

    Thanks for the advice on the reboot of the NAM. Is a graceful reboot necessary using Feature 915 & the steps suggested in the NAM Manual or is a simple Turning Power Off/Wait 2 Minutes/Turning Power On Reboot all that I need to do?
