Hope someone can help.
Since going Native from exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003 we have noticed that when we move mailboxes and AD accounts to a different admin group that this is not reflected on the Exchange Advanced tab. The Admin Group at bottom left still points to the old admin group.

Using the Microsoft Outlook find will mean that you have to do each one individually. You could try a free third party tool such as Lookout, but you do need to index the folders first so indexing over 200 psts could take a while, but may be worth it in the long run. See link for download details...
On the disabled account do you have the Self account added with full mailbox rights and the Associated External permission applied? If not then give this a go, this should allow it to receive mail.
You could try to convert the OST file to a PST file using a free utility. Try here: http://www.xcopy32.com/downloads/details.php?id=24
Then you can import the pst file into the mailbox.
Theres a great free utility called Setperm that can do this for you, which I've used with no problems.
Been trying to find the link for you to download it, but it seems to be leading to an unavailable page. I have the utility though so can email it to you if you like.
Came across this on another message board regarding the same issue, might be worth a try:
DHTML editing wasn't working on the client so I had to unregister and re-register two
files.
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Triedit\dhtmled.ocx"
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program...
Sounds like you don't have full permissions to the mailbox.
Have you set the permissions in Exchange on that mailbox so that you have Full Mailbox Access?
Alternatively have you set permissions on the Outlook Today folder and all subfolders?
Unfortunately the priv.edb will never reduce in size regardless of what is deleted, it will only increase as new messages are received/sent and new mailboxes created.
So although they may be creating holes as such within the database, these would soon get filled with any new items and once these...
What you need to do is go into your Calendar where you have the holidays setup. Go to View, Current View and select By Category. Now click on the Holidays section bar and click on Edit menu to select Copy to Folder. You can now select the public folder calendar from the list and it will copy across.
Sorry should have added - pls refer to the article below for full info on the edbutil as can be a tricky thing:

When you view Mailboxes in Exchange System Manager, the Size parameter shows you only the message size, but the database also contains the message folder tables and view tables information. When you view the size of the Priv.edb database file, the table information is included in the reported...
Do you already have the Contacts public folder setup?
If you do then in order to make it available for Offline use, you need to highlight the public folder go to the File menu and select Add to Public Folder Favourites. You should now see it under, public folders, favourites sub folder. Right...
Is the Exchange 5.5 server and the Exchange 2000 server within the same Administrative Group?
If they are in seperate Admin groups then you can not use the move mailbox option.
Hi Tigsboy - do you have deleted mailbox retention set?
If you do then you could try this.
Delete the users old & now redundant AD account and old 2000 mailbox. The mailbox will not be completely deleted due to the retention, so if you go to system manager expand the mailbox store and look in...
Ive finally figured it out! First of all on the Client Resource make sure the remote tab has the account and password of the Account used to install Exchange. This ensures it has the right Exchange permissions.
Secondly check the Messages file on the Networker Server. In here you may notice that...

If you have any success with the problem then can you pls let me know.
