Users in an office need read access to each other's Calendar in Outlook 2002 (via Exchange 2000)

Is there a setting in Exchange2000 that i could configure to do this (instead of each user having to configure their own outlook)

thanks in advance

Theres a great free utility called Setperm that can do this for you, which I've used with no problems.
Been trying to find the link for you to download it, but it seems to be leading to an unavailable page. I have the utility though so can email it to you if you like.

that would be great
