We have close to 200 pst files, archived for with each project. I need to search for certain words in specific date ranges contained in the psts. Does any one know of a way to search all the files at once, or do I need to do each one individually? Thanks in advance for any help.

Using the Microsoft Outlook find will mean that you have to do each one individually. You could try a free third party tool such as Lookout, but you do need to index the folders first so indexing over 200 psts could take a while, but may be worth it in the long run. See link for download details
