Group Contacts Help Needed

Hiya,

I a newbie to the whole group contacts list thing.... How do I set up a public folder that everyone uses as their primary address book, that can also be synchronized with the offline option on a Win2K server with exchange 2000, on a Active directory???

HELP!...I m being pressured for this

Do you already have the Contacts public folder setup?

If you do then in order to make it available for Offline use, you need to highlight the public folder go to the File menu and select Add to Public Folder Favourites. You should now see it under, public folders, favourites sub folder. Right click on it here and select properties. Go to the Synchronisation tab and set it up as necessary. Unfortunately each user will need to do this though.

Not sure how or if u can set it up as their primary address book though. If I have any brain storms I'll come back to you.
