Solution: It was my reverse DNS that was causing the problem. I just call my ISP and had them put a pointer record in.

I was thinking that the recipient's mail server that is rejecting our mail. I shut Mcafee off, just to make sure it was not causing the problem. I did not have a reverse look up with my ISP, so I just called them, and they put a pointer record in.
