What anti spam package are you using?
Are you using the Exchange IMF?
Is it Exchange (IMF) or is it the Anti Spam package rejecting the message?

McAfee Groupshield 6.0. I updated it, but I did not change and settings.

I just got another message from a user. I am not really sure where to go with this. It looks like someone is Spamming from my IP or domain. I am not really sure.

No IMF but you do have the Mcafee. Now, why it it rejecting messages? Look in the logs. If you're not logging, start. Have a look at the rejected message against the settings.

I was thinking that the recipient's mail server that is rejecting our mail. I shut Mcafee off, just to make sure it was not causing the problem.

I did not have a reverse look up with my ISP, so I just called them, and they put a pointer record in.

Solution: It was my reverse DNS that was causing the problem. I just call my ISP and had them put a pointer record in.
