Exch 2003 running on 2000 server/Upgrade to 2003 server

I was just wondering if I need to watch out for anything when I upgrade my 2000 server to 2003. It is running exchange 2003. I have one 2000 DC and one 2003 DC on my network. Thanks

I am sorry I think I was a little unclear. I need to upgrade one win 2000 member server to 2003 server, This member server has exchange 2003 running on it.Thanks

Take a backup of the Exchange server.
Insert CD.
Upgrade.
Confirm everything works.
Take another backup.
Go to Starbucks.

Have not had any troubles upgrading OS for Exchange servers that are not DCs.

i forgot to add that this server is running IIS, running one website, as well. Will this make a difference?

Only testing your web site under IIS 6 will let you know for sure.
