Nevermind. You need to clear the vpdn username line and re-enter all the vpdn usernames.

After logging into the Pix firewall, go into: config terminal access-list acl-outside permit tcp any host IPADDRESS eq 515 This will create an access list for the ip addresses that you have accessible from port 515. Hope this helps!

Sheco, I browsed based by the ip address as you recommended and it results in "The Page Cannot be Displayed". Other websites that we host work fine. Hmmm... I thought after setting up a website in IIS, it will work with the DNS server to update the ip address and domain name? Thanks again...
