Turning off all options in the VOIP settings of the sonicwall devices and restarting the tunnels cured the problem!
Whew! I hope this helps someone.
Things turned off:
H323 transformations

Hi,
In the last couple weeks, I am having trouble with IP phones connecting over the tunnels. Here are some specifics:
IP Office 412 running 3.2 (69)
(7) Tunnels to our main office (all are Sonicwall Firewalls)
Each location has an Avaya 5610SW IP phone
The tunnels are all functional and the...
Working directory is C:\Avaya\IP Office\Manager
The ip412.bin file is in that directory already. I must be missing something. I've done this before. I can't understand why it's not functioning this time.
Hi,
I have an IP 412 running 3.2 (69). All my device modules are running 5.2 (69) so everything has been fine... until we had a failure in one of our Analog Pots8+ modules. I bought a refurbished on and it comes up with 7.0 (26) as its firmware. I try to do the update but it fails. Is there some...
I will be holding off on the new phone system for a bit. In the meantime, I'd like to readdress the original question. Is it possible to have VM Pro 3.2 (65) on a Windows 2012R2 server? I know the software is very old and I should upgrade the entire system, but that would also require me to...
Ok, so only the phones could be reused. Can these other things work still?
Voicmail Pro config - can I export and import the config file into the new version of VMPro?
Will SCN still work to other sites that have IPO406 units?
Can I import the config file from the IPO412 or do I need to start...
Sorry for the typos.
The phones we have are the 5410, 5420 and the 5610 IP phone. I have (5) digital stations, (2) phone units and (3) Analog trunk units and (2) PRI cards in the IP412 unit.
Is there any of this that could be kept if we went with the IPO 500 series?
Hi Joe,
That is a possibility. Are 5410 and 5520 phones compatible with a IPO 500 V2? Are all the expansion modules we currently use with the IPO412 going to work, or is it a complete system change. Just trying to get a handle on it.
We have a functioning VM Pro 3.2 running on Windows server 2003 (32 bit). I'm trying to retire all our old, unsupported servers and wanted to install VM Pro 3.2 on a new server. We have licensing for Server 2012 R2 (64 bit) so I'd like to install it on that. Does anyone know if it's possible? My...
Thank you SOOOO much for the helpful replies. This is such a great forum!
Is there a simple way to check if there is a VCM in the IP403 without taking off the cover?
I'm running Manager 5.2(69) on all the computers I use to access it. It's the same as what is on the IP403. An interesting test I just did. I created another VM (Server 2008R2) on the same Host and installed Manager. It logs into Manager just fine and opens the configuration from the IP403. So...
This is an odd one. I am able to login to an IP403 with 3.2(69) with a Windows 10 computer with the default credentials for the Administrator account. I installed Manager on a Windows server 2012 R2 and I get the "Failed to login to IP Office" when I try to open the configuration. I've made sure...
I currently have three IP Office systems.
1) IP412 licenses: eBLF, Integrated Messaging, Phone Manager Pro, SoftConsole, Voicemail Pro
2) IP406 licenses: SoftConsole, Voicemail Pro
3) IP403 licenses: none
I've had an SCN from the IP406 to the IP412 for about ten years. I recently added the...
Update
I setup another computer to run Windows 7 and Hyper Terminal. For some reason, that computer was able to send the AT-DEBUG command correctly. I was able to log into Manager. I think I can do the rest. Thanks for the help!
Well, none of that has worked so far. I tried logging in with Administrator, Manager and Operator accounts. Apparently, someone has changed them all. The only command that give me the correct results is AT (enter). That will come back with OK. AT-X2, AT-X3, AT-X4 all come back with "ERROR"...
