All selected units failed to transfer - during a rollback

Hi,
I have an IP 412 running 3.2 (69). All my device modules are running 5.2 (69) so everything has been fine... until we had a failure in one of our Analog Pots8+ modules. I bought a refurbished on and it comes up with 7.0 (26) as its firmware. I try to do the update but it fails. Is there some limitation that prevents me from downgrading from 7.0 to 5.2?

change working directory that points to the 3.2.69 bin files, this will downgrade the module and then it should work

Working directory is C:\Avaya\IP Office\Manager
The ip412.bin file is in that directory already. I must be missing something. I've done this before. I can't understand why it's not functioning this time.
