What error message are you getting ? can you look in event viewer and see what the error is.

re install the programs you can't delete from add/remove and then try deleting them.

don't know if this will help but when i want to recover a deleted e-mail i have to be in the deleted folder, then click on 'tools' and then 'recover deleted items'. as for the multiple items i'll ask around.

something i just thought of, our printers are over a network, when we install a printer it automaticaly installs the relevent drivers, so how do i install different drivers?

I have the same problem with one of my boxes, i6t misses a letter on every line when printing html e-mails. Am i then to assume that changing the printer driver on this computer will fix the problem?

Do you have proxy server enabled?......on I.E open internet options from tools. click connections tab and then lan settings button.You'll need to know what proxy address to use and what port, ask your admin for those. hope that helps in some way.
