Dear Jim : I think your login was disallowed to change remote access. (if "display permissions xxx", the Administer Trunks is N).

" remote access " you can type "ch rem" to enter a unassigned ext & barrier code ,authorization code , cor ,cos ,date......then put the extension to incoming destination on CO trunk group

You're an unauthorized access for init login. so must use the ASG (Access Security Getway) & enter 20 digits secret key first then enter your 7 digits challenge. ASG can responce 7 digits for you !!! otherwise use inads or craft to login. or contanct your AVAYA representative!!!!

We have a G3csiV8 Definity. how can I use "Station Call Transfer Recall Time in "system-parameters feature " page 5. because when I use my ext:1000 transfer the internal or external to ext 1001. the call can be recall but just one ring then disconnected.

maybe someone has a idea on this, Definity Audix 4.0- Mo_disk always MINOR alarm & when I use "add mo-disk" command have "Hardware unit fault" respond. I already:(1)replace the mo-disk(It's empty for backup use ).(2)shutdown & restart the Audix.

If you open the C.D.R. output. All data must be record. so you can change your "C.D.R.machine" to delete file,if receive some identified station's or trunk's file. This is my solution because I have same problem.
