Remote Maint. on Definity G3 V6 1

I have a Definity G3 V6, and I am trying to connect remotely to the system. I am using hyper terminal to connect. I get to the login sceen and enter INIT for the login. When I do that it shows a challenge (i.e. 168-4444) then it shows a responce and I don't know what to enter for the responce. I tried to use the password for the responce and that didn't work. When I tried to connect again it gave me a differant challenge number. Any ideas how to break the code?

You're an unauthorized access for init login. so must use the ASG (Access Security Getway) & enter 20 digits secret key first then enter your 7 digits challenge. ASG can responce 7 digits for you !!! otherwise use inads or craft to login. or contanct your AVAYA representative!!!!

When you get the login: prompt use your customer login and password.
