    ronromano, upon further testing I appologize I am having the same problem. THE PROBLEM STILL EXIST. IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. THE OUTCALLING STILL CALLS THE NEXT NUMBER ON THE LIST EVEN THOUGH YOU CHECK THE MESSAGE AND DELETE. BIG PROBLEM. HELP

    Here is a wish, I would like to see the cascade notification improved to both visual format ine manager and possible in visual voice. I would also like the time between calling the next number on the list for cascade to be user configured. The way it works is limited.

    I have two locations with IPO 4.0 where calls are sent to a hunt group and some users that are listed in the group with the check box show they are in the group but don't ring. If I reboot the system the users now start to ring. The system can work fine then this happens. Any ideas????
