Oldestgeek, the folders were already there, I just couldn't see them using WinSCP. Anyway think I have it sussed.
There is an option in WinSCP Preferences to show hidden files. This was active but there was a message on the bottom status bar saying some files/folders were hidden. When I toggled...
Thanks bc1111 and janaya for the responses.
Looks like a WinSCP issue.
A colleague advised trying Filezilla and now I can see all required folders. If I can crack the WinSCP issue I'll put a note up here.
Thanks again.
Missing something of doing something stupid?
Upgrading a CPPM with Suc7.5 (lab switch).
Loaded the Linux base from scratch and created the root and admin2 accounts.
Created primary security server and added the UCM admin account.
Loaded the nai file and deployed to the CoRes.

Am I missing something simple???
Added a new PRI to a CS1000E (Suc5.0).
Can dial out no problem but can't get the DDI to work.
Central Office seems to be sending 4 digits (5800)as per printout below.
5800 is a valid extn number on the switch which I can dial internally.
The DDI calls are going...
service mgcp and port are not valid entries at config-dial-peer level so pasting failing. Am I at the right level?
Router is a VG200 running
version 12.2 with settings
hostname vg200
mgcp call-agent 192.168.0.44
mgcp dtmf-relay codec all mode out-of-band
no call rsvp-sync
ccm-manager mgcp
Dulem, don't have DNS running on the lab network.
VG200 router host name is vg200 and matched this in CM as the gateway name.
Globalchicken, don't have any dial-peers on router, thought that the Call Manager handled all with mgcp. The sh mgcp end obviously comes back with no return.
Trying to set up a PSTN link to a lab CCM4 using a VG200 router. Setting up as a MGCP gateway. I have followed the usual Cisco setup and troubleshooting documents but can't get the end-points to register on the CCM4.
VG200 settings.

Thanks Paul, unfortunately my call accounting system does not handle the Norstar output. Looking at the records again it looks like we can use the timestamp to work out the durations but only to the minute as no second stamp.
Have a BCM50 set to ftp push the CDR data which is set to SL-1 format.
Looking at the records for incoming transferred calls there is no duration listed against the S,X or E records.
Is this normal or am I missing a patch?
Did you try doing a full resynch of the switch?
PhoneMaster uses the Meridian as the master database and a full resych should rectify the PhoneMaster database.
