Am I missing something simple???
Added a new PRI to a CS1000E (Suc5.0).
Can dial out no problem but can't get the DDI to work.
Central Office seems to be sending 4 digits (5800)as per printout below.
5800 is a valid extn number on the switch which I can dial internally.
The DDI calls are going to night service DN (don't have an attn) so assume routed as intercept.
I have checked the IDC (turned off and on) without success.
Any pointers?

what is your LDN0?

Check in LD 21

req: prt
type: ldn

If you don't have one, put a 4 digit (any 4 digit number) in the LDN0 field. Try that and it should work.

Just had the same thing a couple weeks ago. Had a customer that had numerous copper trunks and installed a PRI. This is an easy one to forget. Once I put in, calls came in.

Hope this helps.
