CDR Format

Iam facing problem in CDR Format in one of my customer site,before our tty port giving out put was mentionling below

Now its showing


"N 000 00 5555 T010006 07/13 17:49 00:00:22 A955924266

N 001 00 5515 T010007 07/13 17:35 00:15:44 A 944951000

N 002 00 5555 T010 002 07/13 18:00 00:00:14 A 966033496


Actually both are in single line but there is some difference in space.Earlier log was closer to eachother but recent logs are more space.Please advice me any one to make to remove this space.

There are extra spaces between characters on the same line?
or
There are extra blank lines between non-blank lines.

It's been awhile but...... you can have two formats new and old output. Look under LD 15 CDR

That's where you can make your changes.

Is Line Mode activated on the TTY port (LON)?
This can give an extra line feed.
To de-activate the command is LOF

Someone turned on the AXID field in the Customer Data Block. This puts the terminal number in the CDR record for multiple DN appearances. If there is no multiple appearance, the space is blank.
