I got the same problem between two sites using IP on the fly. Sometimes it works but most the time one site can hear you but you can't hear them. It is really strange. I have this problem when I call the other site through VTL. I assume everyone is using VTL when they encounter this problem.

I was able to delete the corrupted email by opening her mailbox as a secondary and login as a service account admin.
I will try to change the setting of Groupshield to prevent this from happening again.

Her mailbox was stored on the exchange server. Scanpst will only work on a pst and ost file which is a personal folder and archive folder or offline folder. I also have a problem moving those emails that are corrupted to any folder

Try to use ghost software from norton
1. copy an image of the old hard drive D:
2.install the new hard drive with a different drive letter say E:
3. dump the ghost image of D: to E:
4. change the drive letter of D: to F: and E: to D:
5.then restart the computer.
