I have yet another suggestion, set the print area by clicking the print preview button, and then "Page Break Preview" button at the top of the screen. Drag the blue lines to show what you want printed (so that the computed cells do not show up). Hope this helps WB[thumbsup2]

Copy the first sheet 3*6 and paste it using "Paste Special" from the edit menu and choose "Transpose" checkbox on the dialogue box that pops up. You should end up with 6*3 in the end. Good luck,[thumbsup2] WB

...Just wanted to add one more thing, this works inside Access or outside. Open access and navigate to the file you want to open, or use Explorer to get there, and press and hold the shift key "before" double-click to open the file. Hope this helps, W.Bishop
