I have a new computer with a P4PE ASUS MB with 1 Gig or Corsair RAM (two 512 sticks) and a Pentium 4 3.06 processor. A friend put it together with a new case with a 400w power supply. Outlook Express6 e-mail problems

You know, I finally decided to uninstall 6 and go back to 5. The real problem was with IE 6.0, and as a byproduct of that install I got OE 6 as well. I upgraded to 5.5 IE (from the original 5.0) and haven't had a problem yet!!! Thanks for the suggestions though, I always love coming to this...

    Outlook Express6 e-mail problems

I recently installed OE6, and my wife and I have profiles set up. Well, when she receives an e-mail, it goes to my inbox not hers. Even though the e-mail has her address on it. I searched the Knowledge base on Microsoft and found nothing there... could anyone shed some light on this problem...

    No synonyms in shortcut menu?

Oh, just some typing that I had just done on a new e-mail message. It wasn't formatting the text correctly, so I copied it and pasted it into Word to get the correct formatting. (Word does better with text sometimes than those pesky e-mail editors!) Waymond It's amazing how much can be done...

    No synonyms in shortcut menu?

Just a small question, wondering if you all have seen this before: I copied and pasted something from my e-mail browser into Word and the synonym section of the shortcut menu is gone. Why? Thanks, Waymond It's amazing how much can be done when no one cares who gets the credit!

I would like to design a query in A

Yes, that is exactly what I'm looking for. What I would like to set up though, is some way of telling the db a start date and it figure totals by week for the next year. I would like to design a query in A

I would like to design a query in Access that would filter my data by week. Access offers ready-made querys for day, month, quarter, and year but not week. I already have an Excel file that does this with array formulas, but they are extremely slow on older machines and I think Access might...

How do you begin a macro in Excel from Access?

Access has great possibilities at a lot of things, but I need to analyze some data in Excel (using a macro) and then import it back into Access. What I would like to do is set up one button to export the form data, start a macro in Excel, and import it back into Access. Is there a way to do...

    Date restrictions in Access

Is there an easy way to query a table of dated events by week? Access offers sum by day, month, quarter, & year, but not week. I have a table that people enter data in each day, but I want the results exported to Excel totaled from Monday to Sunday of each week. Also, a sidebar question, can...

Hello all, I have a spreadsheet

I have yet another suggestion, set the print area by clicking the print preview button, and then "Page Break Preview" button at the top of the screen. Drag the blue lines to show what you want printed (so that the computed cells do not show up). Hope this helps WB[thumbsup2]

...Just wanted to add one more thing, this works inside Access or outside. Open access and navigate to the file you want to open, or use Explorer to get there, and press and hold the shift key "before" double-click to open the file. Hope this helps, W.Bishop
