Yep, I am having the same problem. I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. It looks like it only have problem with Outlook, not with POP3, IMAP4 or Web Access.

I am currently configuring an test exchange 2000 server, for some reason I cannot connect to Exchange using Outlook or Outlook Express. However I can use a brower to access the Outlook Web Client using the same username and password.
