I did forget to mention we are in a Call Center environment, but we are not using CCC. The Agent mode features are need for the Queue tab in VM.

If I uncheck the Login/Logout, I get a message : Invalid username or password. The user does not have a password, so I leave the field blank. I then set him a password, and entered it in PM, same message again with invalid login or password. The user is in Agent mode BTW. Thanks,
