IP Office - NoUser is driving me crazy..

I am having issues with the NoUser account.

When user close Phone Manager, their phones become NoUser.

1. All extensions have a base extension setup
2. We do not use Force Login
3. Other users with the same security rights do not have this issue.

I have tried many scenarios, and the 3-4 users who have this issue will ALWAYS get logged of their extension when they close phone manager.

Any ideas ?? Thank for your help.
 
Think they have login/logout ticked in PhoneManager. When startup PM, klick expand and disable this. Think you have to restart IPO for user to be correct logged in to base extension after disabled i PM.
 
On the login box for phone manager there is a button to expand. Click that and then uncheck the logout box. i think it is uncheck. i am not in from of it right now. but it is on the login box
 
If I uncheck the Login/Logout, I get a message : Invalid username or password. The user does not have a password, so I leave the field blank. I then set him a password, and entered it in PM, same message again with invalid login or password.

The user is in Agent mode BTW.

Think your problem is that when you uncheck login, you can't enter a base extension and and user are currently logged out. Enter the extension login code, default *35*N# to login user, then start PM with login/logout unchecked.
 
Make sure the users have either a login code OR the option "forced login" must be ticked.
Do you really need the Agent Mode? This is intended for Call Center agents and Call Center agents must have a login code AND "Force Login" checked if you use the CCC Modules.

I did forget to mention we are in a Call Center environment, but we are not using CCC. The Agent mode features are need for the Queue tab in VM.
