I have systems where the caller is given some options during these queue messages to go to other departments or leave messages, but in 4.0 this doesn't seem to work. Has anyone else experienced this?

No all seems wel I presume you mean the new options in PM pro other than 0 i.e 3/4 which you can enter your own numbers in!!! works a treat!!

No, I mean when a call is in queue (queuing is turned on in a hunt group) and the caller hears the still queued message, the system used to allow you to have a menu set up in there and allow the caller to press a digit and go somewhere else. I haven't been able to make this work in 4.0

Are you using "Syncronize Calls" on your queues?

We have experienced this issue with 4.0 (as well as many others)... Anyway, a workaround that has helped us to get transfers working when using a menu in Queued or StillQueued flows with 4.0 is to use the Assisted Transfer action instead of just the Transfer action.

Hope this helps!

MarkToo is correct. There is a bug in v4 when you are using queue and still queue custom call flows in the respect that dtmf does not work.

Use assisted transfer is the suggested work around.

We have had this issue when implementing last night, in our case, it was the Synchronize Call check box that disabled all menu items in the queue.

Well, I checked to make sure, but "Synchronise Calls" was already "unchecked" on all of our queueing enabled hunt groups.

Here what my test shows. If you have synchronize calls turned on you don't get breakout, it doesn't matter if you set the digit for regular transfer or assisted. Once you shut it off it works fine. Janni78 I think you were close, was that where you were going with that question?
