I am currently running NICE Query, Administrator, and Monitor version 8.5.2 on windows XP corporate edition with no problem. Perhaps if you have a version earlier than 8.5 you will need to upgrade.

Yes, I hear it dial it will show me the waiting for name prompt, then waiting for password prompt, then an alert box pops up saying "Did not see the password prompt - Exiting" As for the system configuration I changed my init string and that did not help. Maybe it is an OS...
O.K. I downloaded this software and cannot get it to connect. I am running a G3RV6 using dial up and it never gets the password prompt and then it disconnects. Any help would be appreciated.

Two questions. First do you have uniform dial plan on your switch? Run the command disp sys cust and on the right hand side of the second page you will see: uniform dial plan? with either a y or n next to it.

On the first page of the trunk group form toward the bottom you will see an option called disconnect supervision. Change out? from n to y and you should be able to transfer your calls without any problems.
