What release are you trying to upgrade to? I ran into a similar problem that was fixed with the 11.0.4 SP1 release (July 31st 2019). My expansion systems would fail every time at around 60%. I was also unable to run a local upgrade of the expansion systems outside of the normal server edition...
I have some 3920's on a 9.1 IP Office running in Basic mode. I have line buttons programmed on the handsets. I'm having an issue picking up held calls using the line appearance buttons. Scenario is a call comes into the system. Is answered by the receptionist and placed on hold. From the...
Were you ever able to find a place to download the client? I found the 8.1 download as well, but get an error when I try to pull it down...

I hear you on that smokinjoe, and you are probably right. Only posted because we have looked at the network config over and over again, and everything seems fine. The problem appears to be that the Mobile client is routing RTP traffic back to an IP address (external static) that we don't have...
Having an issue with One-X Mobile. All calls work fine from the mobile client internally when connected to WiFi. Externally (3G/4G) inbound/outbound calls across the PRI work fine from the mobile client, but get no audio on station to station calls. This includes Mobile client to mobile...
Any other BP's having a horrible time getting Avaya to "activate/authorize/enable" IPOSS contracts??? I have a couple that were submitted to distribution over two months ago and still nothing...
I've managed to avoid "Basic" edition for a long time, but I just inherited a client who is running it. If I get them an "Essential" edition license and flip the system mode of operation am I reprogramming from scratch? Think I am, but want to make sure I know what I in for. Thanks in advance.
Funny thing is I called into tech support with our Avaya distributor just to see what they thought before I did it, and they told me it required a license either way. I didn't believe them, so I upgraded it anyways. They were obviously wrong.
I just took a brand new system out of the box running 8.1(63). Upgraded it to 9.0 without incident, and I'm not receiving the dreaded "No license available" message on the phones.
The voicemail destination field is populated with the Outgoing Group ID of the H323 trunk, and not the actual line number. I usually make mine the same, but I would start by checking that.
Have a client that is using SIP trunks from CBeyond. System was installed about a year ago and SIP trunks have been working fine since then. Out of the blue the SIP connection went down, and the trunks will no longer register with Cbeyond. This is an IPO500V2 running 7.0. No IPO config...
I have experienced (and am still experiencing) this issue as well. I currently have an active case open with our distributor looking in to it. I'll keep you posted once I get some feedback. I actually have 6 sites in the SCN. Sites 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 are all set to fallback to 1. 1 is set to...
Having the same problem. Installed the patch, and now it works sometimes but not every time... I am seeing 3 unique things happen on different occassions. 1.) it works as it should, 2.) kicks me back out to the main AA greeting, and 3.) name not found try again. Anyone else still had issues...
Anyone have a functional R7 config I can take a look at for integrating to Cbeyond SIP trunks? Have a system I need to configure and ship out for installation, and would like to verify that my SIP settings are correct before I send it out. I don't completely trust the old R4 application notes...
