I am having issues with a location in an SCN. The extensions, hunt groups, etc, seem to work quite well, but we are having VM issues at this one location. We have it listed as Cetnralized VM, and the VM Pro is running at the main location. we are using a VOIP line number 26 which appears to be operating fine in the SCN. in trying to set the destination line number in the Voice mail, this line number does not populate the list... in fact, there are 4 voip lines in the system, 2 of them populate the list, and 2 other voip lines populate it, that are not in the line table at this location. any thoughts on why this line does not populate correctly??

absolutely that was the issue. I read it the first time as Line number and i was just never able to see it as anything else. Of course it is the outgoing id number. Thank you for that. that was certainly a bone head error on my part. THANK YOU for setting me straight
