Any other BP's having a horrible time getting Avaya to "activate/authorize/enable" IPOSS contracts??? I have a couple that were submitted to distribution over two months ago and still nothing...

We had a problem using a certain disti. had a couple that took them over 6 months to complete. switched Disti's and have not had a problem since. we now get them in about 24 hours.

Wasn't sure if it was an Avaya issue or a distributor issue... Based on your experience it looks to be pretty obvious where the problem lies. Thanks!
