I have a user also with Pegasus and he can reply with Netscapeonline but cannot send an original message. I still cannot send from Outlook with Netscapeonline.co.uk. There has to be a solution!! Netscape themselves have been no help.

have you tried going into your email clients settings and checking the box that says delete mail from the server after retrieval. I had the same problem with downloading from Operamail to Pegasus and I finally twigged to it. So simple it is easy to overlook. Vinnie Blast
