    System/session manager perform syncs so if the time is off between the systems then it makes sense you are having issues. Have you compared the time on each system? Sounds like you need to run initDRS or initTM -f

    You aren’t asking the right questions then. Identify the flow of packets segment by segment. What network switches and routers does it go through.

    You should involve your network team to review how things are connected from a network level. How for example does 192.168.82.47 talk to 10.102.40.10?

    Are these phones located at a remote site? Issue is most likely WAN related.

    Check your rtp udp port range between your carrier to the SBC to make sure they match. Then do the same with your inside leg.
